This Alpha Disc extraction chain consists of:

1. Alpha Disc Uncapping Machine - Ref. ME1032 :
Alpha Disc manual uncapping machine with heated discs allowing uncapping without generating any wax cap (with thermostatically controlled electric heating). This disc uncapping device is the result of THOMAS know-how and has been used on our Delta Plus uncapping machines since 1999.

2. Heated decanter tank - Ref. ME1081:
Pre-filtration settling tank with thermostatically controlled electric heating - 220 V. Supplied with automatic pump trigger.

3. Vane pump:
Self-priming stainless steel vane pump for evacuating extracted honey to a barrel or ripener. Automatically controlled by the level detector of the 220 V decanter tank.

4. Alpha Plus 28-frame extractor with infeed/outfeed conveyor - Ref. ME1080 :
Alpha Plus horizontal axis extractor with a capacity of 20 Hoffmann frames and its two 20-frame conveyors. Capacity : 4 to 5 extraction cycles per hour depending on the temperature and viscosity of the honey. Cycle duration, acceleration ramp and programmable levels - 220 V.
